Refund policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, we're here to help.
You may return your jewelry item within 30 days of the original shipment dat. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. This includes gift boxes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception . If any order items are damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We may request evidence of the damage, such as photographs, to expedite the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance team, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
We will notify you via email and as a heads-up, it may take a few days until you see the funds in your account based on your bank's processing times.
